Good setting, genuinely helpful and attentive staff.
What a really good stay, no complains at all. The hotel is pleasant with nicely furnished rooms and very good services. Friendliness from the whole staff. Near a bus station, easy to move around.

We have been going there for many years, it is very close to where we want to go, in the last years that area has increased the number of shops, restaurants and bars. Victoria beach is less than 5 minutes away. room is comfortable and relatively large, bathroom, perhaps, little fair, very correct. bed is very comfortable and big, with TV and fridge. We do not use air, it works perfectly, hot and cold. Friendly staff. We took the parking voucher, is a few meters away because it is very complicated to park in the area, really worth it. There is another parking lot towards the entrance, it is more expensive and it is further away. WARNING: they are remodelling the accesses to the centre of the city to put a bicycle lane all around the old centre, so the parking spaces are going to be very reduced and it will be very complicated to get to the centre by car, let's hope they promote parking in the centre, otherwise it will be impossible to get there by car and we will all have to go by bike, scooter or walking and although most of the time it may seem pleasant, little internal commerce will suffer; apart from that there are not many places where you can leave your bike, while you go shopping or get to know the rich historical, artistic and social heritage of the centre. Another option is the bus, not to come with the purchase.
It is difficult to have breakfast there, but there are good bars nearby where they treat you great. It is not a luxury hotel but it is very effective, simple, clean and correct.

Room: tastefully decorated, clean and good size. Luminous. It had a fridge. Bed: very comfortable mattress (although the legs of the bed base slipped and I almost didn't fall when I was sitting on the backrest haha). Bathroom: with window. wow, clean venue! clean, hair dryer, towels, hand soap, shampoo gel, glasses and toilet paper, water was very hot and well pressurized. Good :). Outside noise: nothing could be heard from the street. Great considering that the hospital is very close and in an avenue with a lot of traffic. Location: Perfect for us. We were looking for something that was close to the center without being there (taking the line 1 you plant in the center in 20 minutes). that was close to the beach (that is crossing the street, Besides the Carranza is also a stone's throw away. Well surrounded by bars. cafes, supermarkets and various shops,
Inner noise: You could hear everything.. A person from the next room was in the bathroom vomiting at about eleven o'clock at night and some doors were slammed (night 27/01/2018). . In the morning the next day you could hear perfectly the conversation of the couple in the next room . I had read that the rooms were soundproofed, but I don't know if I misunderstood and it referred to the street. The truth is that I disliked it and I thought that we would have been heard too :(

Comfortable location. 100 meters from a bus stop that drops you off in 10 minutes in the historical center of the city. Friendly staff.
The bathroom door to the room was transparent, which was uncomfortable for one of the members of our travel group because, despite not being able to see through it, it gave little privacy. . Breakfast. At 9:30 we went downstairs to have breakfast, some things that were finished were not recharged while we were there (the scrambled egg for example, the girl who was attending told one of my companions that it would take a while and in almost an hour of being there, it never came out); the orange juice was not natural, they charged a little more than 2 ? for a very small glass. It seems to me that it could be included in the price of breakfast. The fruits, very green bananas, slightly beaten apples. The very normal coffee. With more than an hour and a half to go, I think they could improve and keep everything full for their guests.

I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a spacious family room with a balcony, perfect for a quick smoke without heading downstairs. Relaxing at the rooftop terrace was a good way to unwind after a day exploring, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety for just €10. The only minor issue was that the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear my neighbors at times. 😊

The room was fine even though it wasn't spacious. The hotel is well located, meets the expectations of comfort, good breakfast, but it is not worth the price I paid. Every year I go to see the Motorcycle Grand Prix, but I will not return to this hotel.
The shower in the bathroom had no pressure. It wasn't very comfortable to shower in that situation. I booked in on Friday and out on Monday. On the occasion of the Motorcycle Grand Prix, the price was certainly disproportionate. I had to cancel the Sunday night and my surprise was the difference in price applied by the hotel. On Friday night it charged me 115 e, for Saturday night 185 e and for Sunday night it would have charged me 85, approximately. I found this disproportionate. They did not charge me cancellation fees although they reminded me that they could have. The truth is that the feeling is to pay for "taste and desire".

We really like your situation. Whenever we go to Cadiz we try to do it in this hotel that we already know. room was big and bed comfortable. bathroom is just the right size although the bidet situation is a bit uncomfortable. It has a small refrigerator very useful and air conditioning works very well. It had a large window overlooking the avenue and sometimes, during rush hour, some noise. staff is very friendly and responsible, always very attentive. car park is a little further on, they have a concert with that car park but given the amount of cars and especially the difficulty of parking in the street I recommend it. In addition the lane that they want to put and that already is in many places it makes difficult to have the car in the street. We don't usually have breakfast in the hotel because there are many bars around. It is just outside the city centre and far from the station to walk, there is a good combination of city buses. In the last few years the centre has become very crowded and sometimes it is good to get away from it. Victoria Beach is a two minute walk away.
The room should be a little more soundproofed from the street noise and then it would be perfect.

The location was fantastic, close to beaches and great cafes! A short bus ride takes you to the old town for just €1.10.
Room size disappointments, as many felt cramped-noise issues also affected peace .

Everything was just fine. Internet services near reception desk available. I believe they have also internet facilities from the guests rooms but I did not have my laptop with me. I went to attend a medical meeting and has good transport facilities. Location in a main avennue and walking distance from the beach. I am sure I will be there again if required.
